Bow River Fiber is a Calgary, Alberta-based specialty ingredient distributor of psyllium husk. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

We use waitlist signups to email you when retail ordering opens, and wholesale inquiries to respond with pricing, spec sheets, or samples. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site. Each may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) as a normal part of delivering their service:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores form submissions.
• Resend — delivers the email notifications we send ourselves when you submit a form.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
• Tailwind CDN — serves a styling script used to render this site.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that measures aggregate traffic (like page views) without tracking individual visitors across websites or using cookies.

How long we keep it

We retain waitlist and wholesale submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or until retail ordering opens, whichever applies. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
